How is the Process?

The client sends in a letter or message of intent along with any of the following: resume/CV, passport, diploma, and TOR.

The company representative sets up a call with the client for an initial assessment.

The company sends the initial assessment and contract terms and conditions for the client's review.

Clients sign the contract and send it back to the company.

The company sends the invoice to the client, which must be settled within three working days.

Once payment is received, the company sends a signed contract and receipt to the client.

The company will send a checklist with a target schedule that will serve as a guide for the client.

Regular coordination with the client shall be scheduled based on the milestone.

An online meeting with a cultural briefing shall be conducted a few days before the scheduled departure.

How Much is the Cost?

TOTAL ESTIMATED COST – 5,500 – 7,900 EURO OR PHP 330,000 – 474,000

FIXED COSTS: Service Fee including Temporary Residence Card Application- 3,000 Euro

VARIABLE COSTS:

Tuition fee – dependent on your chosen school – (1,5K-3,9K Eur/Sem)

Visa application fee – dependent on your Home Country

Airline tickets – Dependent on the time of booking and whereyou will be coming from and your chosen provider

Travel insurance fee – dependent on your age and chosen provider

BUT THE ESTIMATED FOR VARIABLE COSTS IS AT 2,500-4,900 EURO

How is the Payment Process?

Payment Term: Progressive and Transparent

Payment Schedule:

1,000 Euro – Upon contract signing

School Fees – At least 2 months before the chosen school intake and for you to get your Letter of Acceptance in the School, you need to pay for your 1st semester’s tuition fee. As per the terms and conditions of the chosen school. (To be paid direct by the client to the chosen school)

1,000 Euro- Once Conditional Letter from School in Poland is received

Travel Insurance, Visa Application Fee and Airfare – as soon as you got your Letter of Acceptance from school and you are applying for the visa (to be paid by the client direct to the embassy and chosen providers)

1,000 Euro- Upon Visa Approval

Can I just do the whole process on my own?

Yes, but it might be difficult and almost impossible, especially in the case where you need to apply for the Temporary residence to stay in Poland because it requires Polish Speaker when you process papers through government offices. Our services already includes partnership with Immigration lawyers who will assist in the application process who will represent you and your application to the local offices.

What we can guarantee you is that Poland has one of the lowest costs of living in Europe and yet the standard of Education is very high and world-class. There are plenty of Work for Students specially where International Universities are located. Poland has one of the lowest unemployment rate in Europe.

Well yes, you can, however, most agencies that offer work visa charge around 6,000-8000 Euro or even more just to give you a minimum wage job like factory work which pays around 3,600 PLN. Before you even get the Return on your Investment, your Temporary Residence might already have lapsed. You are also at the mercy of the employer so if you do not like your work etc., you need to apply for Temporary residence for every change of employer that you make.

Over the period observed, monthly minimum wages in Poland increased annually and reached 4,300 zloty (gross) as of July 2024. In January 2025, the minimum gross salary will increase further, reaching 4,666 zloty (+10 percent compared to January2024).

Yes, you can work in Poland with a student visa provided that you have a residence permit. Though, there is no limit in the number of hours in working, we suggest to work part-time during your studies ( 20 hours a week) and full – time a week during breaks.

This is for you to be able to focus more on your studies than on work since it is crucial for your student visa. If you do not pass your exams and finish each semester in time, it could affect the renewal of your visa.

Yes, it is relatively easy for a student to get a part-time and even a full time job in Poland due to the new regulations of the Polish government. International students can start looking for jobs in Poland immediately upon arrival without needing a temporary residence permit.

Your family can come with you to Poland if they apply for a visa as an accompanying family member. You must prove your stable and regular income to show that you can provide for the family member during their stay. Your family is also allowed to work and study in Poland with your student visa as along as you also have a temporary residence permit.

If you are an international student with a stable and regular income and have resided in Poland for five (5) years continuously with a temporary residence permit, you can apply for a permanent residence permit.

You will be issued a residence card that is valid for ten years. This means that you need to replace the residence card every ten years. However, you do not need to re-apply for the residence card; this is just an update of your residence.

The permanent residence permit will allow you to work in Poland without applying for additional work permits.

Intakes are all year round- Winter (January), Spring (March), Summer (June) and Fall (September). However, it depends on the school. There are fewer schools in Summer.
