MOA Signing and Business Registration Process

Timeframe: 1-3 months.

Business Visa Application Support

Invitation documents, scheduling, and preparation.
Timeframe: Dependent on Embassy and client availability to fly to Poland.

Arrival in Poland and Legalization of Stay

Assistance for legal stay, even after visa expiration. Option to work via B2B contracts while awaiting biometrics appointment.

  • Legal personality assistance (limited to general inquiries).
  • Cases requiring additional legal support are subject to separate fees.
  • COB Corporation will assess specific business requirements monthly and may adjust the monthly fee based on scope and intricacy.
